i have a nice room to rent in sandy springs area ( glenlake - walkable distance to lrt station, 5 min to publix ) . the apartment is located in the heart of sandy springs with swimming pool , tennis court and the gym.

young positive easygoing professional working for ups company ( working hours: 8 am -5pm), 24 years old , no smoking , tidy.

3) how big is the apartment ?
2 bedrooms, dining room with fireplace, 2 bathrooms, kitchen.

there are 2 bedrooms in this apartment : one is large with bathroom, the other is a bit smaller with bathroom opposite to the bedroom.

4) do we have furnitures ?

i bought a bed, chair , light table, lamp one month ago. if you want , i can sell it to you for a reasonable price , otherwise the room will be empty.
