i am a graduate student at georgia tech and i live near howell mill road. my current roommate is graduating and moving to another state, so i have a bed room available in my apartment. i am looking for female roommates preferably from georgia tech or emory.

the apartment complex is gated, just got renovated and has a lot of greenery around. it has quick access to i-75 north and south. the house is situated close to publix, kroger and walmart. ample parking available

- you get a furnished bedroom (with a full size spring bed and a table) and will have to share a bathroom. rent would be $400, excluding utilities
- washer and dryer in the apartment
- the move in date would be in august
- no pets and no smoking
- roommate needs to be clean, responsible, friendly
- i do have people over once in a while and like hosting friends
- there is some furniture in the apartment, you are welcome to bring more
