i am very laid back and quiet and i'm looking for a roommate that i can get along with. a clear understanding of boundaries is a must and cleanliness is very important. i have 2 cats and 1 dog. i am not looking to add any more pets to the bunch so i'd prefer if you not have any. if you do and i really want you to move in, then i could make an exception. i don't have that many guests other than family and a few friends. i do smoke but outside. i work from home so i'm here a lot unless i'm at school. i don't have a gender preference but i am not looking for any relationship type deal.
