my girlfriend and i (very happy and drama free) live in one half of a duplex that is sandwiched between anything anyone could need. it is two-bedroom with a shared bathroom and is located across the street from edgewood shopping center (kroger, target, best buy, barnes and boble, ross, office depot, lowes, five guys, shanes rib shack, figo, and lots more). the location is also a ten minute walk to little five points, and it is a block away from inman park marta station (three to five minute walk). the rent is $400 a month plus electricity and gas (and whatever other amenities are agreed upon/shared such as internet). water, yard work, and garbage pick up is taken care of. looking for a reasonably clean and respectful roommate or roommates. male, female, or couples of any orientation are welcome. age does not matter as long as rent is consistent and on time (my girlfriend is 23 and i am 25). we both work in fine arts (film and stage theater) so our schedules can be a bit weird. as long as you don't mind that you should be happy. having company over is fine, but no parties! the room is not available immediately, but will be soon (anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months). we would just prefer not to be in a panic when the time comes and to find anyone who would be interested ahead of time. this is an amazing location and price so if you are interested let us know now, because it won't stay available for long.
