roommate needed to fill the master suite of a 2bed/ 2bath luxury apartment in the enso apartment complex. both the complex and community are great and offer something for everyone. the complex is located in glenwood park just a block from the glenwood park shopping district. the shopping district has a variety of great dining, shopping, and fun. my current roommate is relocating to la for work. the master suite is available now, but must be filled my november 1st. the security deposit for the unit is already paid, therefore only first month's rent is required upon move-in. rent is $800 a month. the electric bill during the heat of the summer averaged around $60 a month for the entire unit. all appliances are electric but a brand-new and high energy efficient. it is a wonderful space, call for more information 678-365-8679.
