room for rent at the park at briarcliff. need someone to move in by august 1st rent is $352 a month water/trash included. gas/electric are the only utilities that you would have to pay but they are usually pretty cheap. apartment is on the top floor, it's spacious, with a big family room/kitchen, and there is also a nice covered patio. the place is located on briarcliff rd ne. you will be moving in with someone else and she will want to meet you before you move in so if interested in seeing the place and meeting the roommate email me to set up a day/time for this to happen. she is pretty laid back and also has an older cat who sleeps a lot so it shouldn't be a problem if you want to bring a cat of your own. for pictures of the apartment email me and i'll send you some. it's located close to a lot of stores, a kroger and publix, banks as well, and it is very easy to hop on marta. the complex itself has 2 pools, a gym, and a lake. i need to move out asap so if interested definitely don't hesitate in getting in contact with me. you'd be doing me a huge favor as i don't want to break my lease.
