one room available. one shared bathroom (rarley) this is a 4bd/3ba so tub/shower is usually not shared. room has a ceiling fan, hvac and a nice size closet. no smoking and if you drink please keep all libations in your room. this home has children in it although they are not on the same floor and their rooms are on opposite side of your room in the house. we do not have pets. i rarely ever have guest over and would prefer the same from you (please do not bring strangers at all). i am a private person and i live an absolute stress and drama free life. i am a homebody and really dont go out much. i have a tenant currently and she will be moving out of state in jan. this home is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood.
