i have a house minutes from grant park and turner field. it's an old four-sided brick duplex that is now a single family style home. the house is just under 2,100 sq ft and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. the house was built in 1940 and with help, i have been slowly working on it for six years to improve the look and functionality.i have one room available. the room has a walk-in closet, ceiling fan, carpet, and a bathroom, just outside of the bedroom. the room and bathroom are a decent size, and comfortable to live in. the kitchen has updated appliances, granite countertops, and for the most part has everything you need. the living room and dining room are fully furnished and open to the kitchen. i have xfinity for cable and internet. the $700 includes rent and monthly utilities. a deposit and first months rent are due on move-in date.
a little about me and my life. i bought this house just under seven years ago and have been working to make it feel more like home...and now that i'm done with school, it's almost there! i graduated from gsu with a degree in film and music management. i have a st. dane puppy. i do a little bit of everything when it comes to work. i am a brand partner for nerium international, work in property management, and a restaurant in decatur. i am looking to start law school within the year. i am sarcastic, easy going, and try not to let things stress me out...but we can play the get to know each other game later.
i am looking for someone who shares similar qualities and is looking for somewhere to call home. i need someone who will help keep the house clean, both their private space and the common area...and someone who is ok living with other people.
