i am about to move and i am looking for someone to take my place. i live with two other people and they have two dogs so we can not have anymore pets. century glen (the place i live) is a wonderful gated community and is also very safe. there is gym, a swimming pool (which is open year round), tanning bed, and a computer room. the deposit can be worked out, for example instead of paying the whole $250 at one time, you can pay me $50 a month. also, you will probably need a guarantor depending on your income. the utilities usually run about $100 a month. the utilities does include cable, internet, electricity, water, and telephone. so for all of this about $100 is a great price.
