the apartment is about 22minutes (13mi) north of midtown, and it's a 4min drive to the perimeter mall. easy access to the main vehicle arteries for the city, and a mile to the local public transportation hub. i have attached a picture of the floor plan (2bdr opposite sides of apt with own bathrooms and double vanities). the apartment is in a strictly-enforced gated community, with washer/dryer in the unit.the community is pet friendly, has a private pool (that will open for the season soon), as well as a gym and a common area with billiards and a large screen tv. there is a grocery store, a starbucks, restaurants, and a bowling alley all within walking distance.
