i am looking for someone to take over my lease agreement for this room beginning in january through july, at that point the lease can be renewed for a 12 month period if you wish. the room is part of a very nice refinished basement that is completely furnished except for this one room and is in a scenic area. you must be a female to rent out this room. the house already has all the major utilities and appliances. the rent is $275 a month, internet and cable are less than $20 a month, and the power bill is fairly low as well. there is a $250 refundable deposit when you move out. please let me know if you are interested.
