we are a gay couple offering an unfurnished room in our 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms home, for $600 per month plus utilities, with a $300 deposit and $15 background check. we are looking for a professional or responsible student who does not use illegal drugs (or into anything illegal for that matter). outside smokers are welcome. no outside guests are welcome due to the fact that we are fairly private and for the sake of our dogs--we have 3 small and well behaved dogs. food is negotiable, as to where we can share or the potential roommate can purchase groceries on their own. as far as food is concerned, we keep an immaculate home, and want you to feel at home; however, our preference is that food is limited to the dining/kitchen area (to limit bugs and other pests). we ask that the potential roommate keep common areas clean, as well as maintain/clean/upkeep their room and bathroom. the room is available on a month to month basis, to be renewed every 30 days if so chosen. if you decide to vacate, we ask that you please let us know 30 days before moving out date. no additional pets or children please. contact us if you have any questions. thanks!
