iam looking for a roommate to share my house with me,the room will hold a double bed 2 night stands and a dresser,its has a ceiling fan,hardwood floors,2 closets,no bathroom in the room but one right across the hall,which is a full and would primarily be yours,its a pretty nice room you can do as you like with it.the room is not furnished,but is cable ready as well as internet.the house is c/h/a with a living rm,with fire place,den full kitchen hardwood floors threw out except in the den,has washer dryer connections.there is a huge shed out back to store stuff or even work out of.the house has a circular drive way not paved,yard is big not fenced don't per fer dogs as again no fence you will need to like cats as there is one in the house strictly in door.there is no deposit,but you will have to have proof of income and job.you will have access to all common areas of the house,you must clean up after yourself and defiantly not looking to have a roommate with( drama) iam a pretty layed back guy,pretty quiet,smoke, drink sociably,the rent is 400.00 a month and your share of utilities is approx.300.00 so if your interested get back at me no pics of room and house but will send if your interested.oh and the hokuse is close to everything,mall,grocery,bars,etc.thanks
