i'm looking to get out of my lease during the summer months, so i can go home and work. the room is in century crest apartments about 10 min from campus and will be perfect for a student who is looking to get ahead and take summer classes. the floor-plan is a two bedroom, two bath, full kitchen, washer drier, living and dining room as well as outside porch. it is on ground level and in the back of the complex. the room available is the master bed and private bath. the monthly bills are $500-$530 that includes rent, water, electricity, cable and internet, washer/drier rental and valet trash. my current roommate (female) will be here her name is chiara norce. she is 22 and a student at ksu as well. you can move in as soon as may 1st, or i can work with you for when you want to move in. contact for any questions or for more details. thank you!
