i am looking for a student (f) interested in taking over my 12 month lease at the lofts of kennesaw apartments. due to unforeseen circumstances i can no longer live there. the unit is a 4bd/4bth fully furnished apartment with a walkout balcony. move-in day is saturday august 11, with rent due august 1st! rent is $605 a month plus $40 for utilities, they do however have many signing specials like sign now and utilities included in the $605 price!*i will pay the $335 security deposit and any other signing fees for you! i will even negotiate paying part of your first months rent!
