4br/3ba house, close to downtown acworth. there will be two girls and one guy, all in their late 20's/early 30's, living in the house, along with one loving medium sized schnauzer/terrier dog. the bedroom for rent is 11' x' 11' with a shared bathroom, but you would have the bathroom to yourself, since the other room that shares it is a spare bedroom. everyone is very laid back and easy to get along with. we are all recent/semi-recent college graduates working full time. rent will be $450 a month all utilities included. the neighborhood is nice and peaceful and minutes from everything. ksu is only 10 minutes away. looking for a mature, responsible, laid back roommate who is stable and goal focused.
