a neat and comfortable room available in a "big four bedroom individual house" for a female student/working woman for $400.00 including all bills at lawrenceville. the house is in a clean sub-division and occupied by a couple with a baby and baby's grandparents (baby's grandparents- short stay). there is also a friendly puppy who is one year old (golden retriever).this place is near to gwinnett technical college, sugarloaf mills shopping center and also has easy access to all the routes of interstates.
the room comes with the closet, wifi and outside parking can be done anytime. laundry can be done every weekend. fridge can be shared or the tenant is welcomed to bring their own small fridge. there is a bathroom and shower which is not attached to the room but the owner won't be using it much. the rent room and bathroom should be kept clean at all times. no guests/family/relatives are allowed for visiting. in and out timings should not be over the social hours.
