the house is completely wood floor. the house will be mostly furnished. your room will not be. anything other than bedroom furniture is welcome (we have the room!).. rent is 800/month. i have dish network, internet, and normal utilities that will be split evenly.(let me know what you are looking for or you need!)
about me: i am in the dermatology field, multiple level entrepreneur, and have found my dream home. however, it is much too large for me! i would love to find a horse lover, like me, or maybe even a flight attendant or pilot since it is such a short drive to the airport (20 minute drive!!), as a roomate... close to my age. semi clean level up to ocd level.. we will have two entertainment rooms so conflict shouldnt be an issue. and space certainly isnt. huge fancy deck for cookouts, great big living room for movie nights. i am also a clean eater and try to keep up exercise. i am a horse trainer and promotional model so i am very busy and travel on weekends. no smokers or heavy drinkers/party girls.
