hi, we rent out the upper portion of our house so bring up to 2 more roomies to rent the entire upper house! it has a big great room, a nice kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 baths. the master bedroom is significantly bigger with 2 closet and a private bath. the 2 other bedrooms are smaller, with a single closet each and share a bath. washer and dryer are available on weekends in the basement apartment. the landlord lives in the basement part of house during the week, and in blue ridge, ga on the weekends. the house has laminate floors and is pet friendly with deposits and pooper scooping responsibilities or higher rent if you prefer to not pick up after your pet. you would have access to a large upper deck and large fenced in back yard which may have to be shared w/separate access times with the basement apartment residents (myself and my partner). if you like to garden, this is the house for you! we have a large organic garden that needs love! we also have a nicely landscaped front yard w/arbor and meditating area. we live in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood w/tennis and swim memberships available. total rent for the upstairs, which includes direct tv, internet, garbage, exterminating, and yard service (excluding pooper scooping) and includes up to 400/month of electric and gas charges is $1350. the master room rents for $650 and the two other rooms rent for $450 each. i prefer to rent the entire upper portion out at the same time but will consider individuals if needed. we have room for two small cars in the driveway and ample street parking. i am a busy veterinarian, no loud parties or loud visitor's please. no drugs or unlawful behavior will be tolerated. background check and 2 references required.
