i am desperately looking for a female to take over my lease at the lofts of kennesaw! the lofts is a student community for kennesaw state university students, however, not only students can live here. anyone can! the unit is a 4bd/4ba and you will be sharing the unit with 3 amazing girls! you have a fully furnished bedroom, you're on own bathroom in your room and plenty of beautiful amenties such as:resort style pool
sand volleyball court
retail & restaurants
washer & dryer within the unit
clubhouse
less than 2 miles to campus
and much much more!
the rent is $639 per month and that includes utilities.
i have already paid september rent, so i am looking for someone to take over in october, but if you are wanting to move in now, we can surely work something out.
