i am a young full-time student at gsu who also works full-time downtown. i am very busy, and when i am home, need to have a fairly calm enviornment so that i can study. i have a 3/2 house in a very nice east cobb neighborhood in walton high school district. i have a large fenced in back yard that my dog, bella, loves to play in. she is a 5 yr old pit bull, but she is very sweet and mostly stays in doors cuddling (she thinks she's a lap dog!) ideally, i would like someone in the same situation as myself, since i'm opposed to parties and frequent friend hang outs. i would like to have someone i get along with, so there's not that awkward roommate tension. the room is standard size with a large closet and a bathroom down the hall. all utilities are included in the rent. i have high speed internet but no cable since i hardly ever watch tv (except for dexter!) no drugs or smoking. i would also like to meet with the potential roommate a few times to establish a bit of trust before letting them move into my home.
