the pictures do not show the furniture because they were taken right after it was painted. which was recent. the hot tub is in a screened in room out back. i do have 2 dogs but they are very friendly. as well as 2 very friendly cats.
large bedroom and closet. own bathroom. everything provided so far as housing is needed. just move right in. i supply linens, pillow, towels and furniture(only if needed i can move the furniture out if you have your own). it has a fenced in back yard. it does have a pool and hot tub. i will only allow a female room mate and no pets. large washer and dryer. all utilities included. i do require a back ground check and a $300 deposit. the neighbrohood is behind dollar general in richmond hill on 17. it is close to everything.
we do have wifi internet and a home phone
this is a month to month rent. its not a contract.
