i am a young professional with a big, 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment in roswell, ga. i work a lot and so am barely ever there. i'm looking for a roommate that is laid-back, but responsible. i will take care of the utilities (internet, water, electricity, gas), as long as i get your portion of the rent on time. i live in a pretty quiet neighborhood, right on the border of alpharetta/roswell, just a few blocks from 400. north point mall is about five minutes away, along with all kinds of dining and shopping options. i don't have a washer/dryer in the apartment, but there is a connection and a laundry room if you have one.the complex is gated and has a pool/tennis courts/laundry facility/fitness center. the apartment is on the first floor, right off the curb. i have some furniture in the living room, but there is no furniture in the extra bedroom.
