respectful, nice, easy going, professional man , working as engineer for a metal manufacturing company. i am looking to rent out a room in my home to a responsible and honest roommate guy or girl. i am looking for someone with similar interests, prefer professional employed or student, age between 21-35.proof of employment requiring the last 2 months pay checks stubs last landlord reference, $ 400 security deposit and to pass a background check.
no pets, no smoking, no drama, and no drugs.

the house is
4 bedroom/3 bath, fenced backyard, spacious kitchen area, living room, dining room, laundry room etc. plenty of space for both of us!!
the house has a garage but this will be available to the renter. sorry i have two cars and need the garage for both.
the driveway is plenty big to accommodate your car, suv, or truck.
the house is located 1.5 miles away from holcomb bridge/ highway 400.
there are many shopping and dinging area around that area.
there is a la fitness close by, bank of america, wells fargo, starbucks, sushi, liquor stores, publix all within a 2 mile radius.
