i will have one room coming available in my home in wells park within walking/biking distance to forsyth park and scad february 1st. the home is in great condition built in 2003. it is right across the street from wells park, perfect for games, reading, studying, etc.

it is a 3 bedroom home and i will be there occasionally (10-20 days per year) when i am in town for work. i am looking for $600 for the private bedroom shared bath(all utilities, internet, washer/drier, water, parking included). there are two parking spots in our fenced in driveway behind the house and ample free parking in the neighborhood street. also the home has both a front and back porch.

the other small bedroom is occupied by a 27 year old working professional woman. the master bedroom will remain open for when i am in town.
