garage w driveway large enough for 4 cars
pretty large backyard

as a roommate you should:
be okay with animals, there is 1 cat (who stays in its owners room) and 1 affectionate dog
be clean and tidy
don't mind sharing a bathroom
not be into hardcore drugs(coke,heroin, meth etc)
