nice room in awesome location. we have one unfurnished (we do have a full size bed that can be used at no additional charge upon request.) bedroom available in a 4 bedroom home. 2 guys/professionals in the house, we are both in our 30s. the house is located off east/west connector only 4 min from 285 and 3 min from the downtown vinings area. - washer and dryer, dishwasher, central air and heating. - high speed internet wireless - free netflix access - walking distance to the silver comet trail. cycling, running, skating covered trail next to home.room available: 1 bedroom (hardwoods, plenty of natural light, and ceiling fan. room dimensions are 12x11) and shared bath with extra storage space if needed. payment: $600 month (all utilities included...internet, trash, electric, gas, water and maid service.) $150 security deposit total move in amount is $700.
term: month to month available now only prerequisite is you can not work from home, must have stable employment, (with pay stubs) no pets. we have a maid clean the place monthly.
