the room is currently unfurnished. $600 includes all expenses (rent, utilities, water, trash, recycling, electric, gas, wireless internet).the home is quiet until afternoons and early evenings. located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to 285 in the smyrna/vinings area. bus stops are located near by for access to cct and for transit to marta if needed.
the kitchen is equipped with stainless dishwasher/ gourmet duel fuel stove, for the cooks at heart. the house does have a full basement which is presently unfinished and lends to storage space. there is washer and dryer that would be available for doing laundry. free parking is always a plus.
-i have three cats who are indoor/outdoor, and one dog who stays outdoors mostly.
- i am looking for someone who is currently employed, retired, or a student, who plans to rent for 3-6 months to start. smokers ok, outside only.
- i am clean, reliable, understanding, respectful and ask for you to be the same. i am a mostly do-er and love the outdoors, music, grilling, cooking and chilliing out for a good conversation or movie.
