i have 2 small bedrooms and 1 master bedroom with half bathroom. i plan to put stand shower in half bathroom, but i really don't know if the master bedroom will be ready on july 30th. the smallest bedroom will be $350/month. another bedroom is little bit bigger will be $450/month. and master bedroom will be $550/month without the stand shower. if i finish the master bedroom with the stand shower, it will be $650/month. there is one full bathroom in the house right now. the house also has a washer/dryer. i will need $300 deposit for damage.
my house is near the augusta mall, kroger 24/7, bestbuy, target shopping center, family y, post office, pretty much everything you need on a daily basis either within walking distance, or a short drive. the water, electric and internet/tv cable bill will be shared by the renters, i will pay for the trash pickup. the front and back yard, i will have someone taking care of it. so you don't need to worry about cutting grass. definitely, no pets or smoking allowed.
