i am recently divorced and have a 2-story house with 2 rooms to rent upstairs. i live downstairs except for an occasional trip upstairs to the office room. two spare rooms and a bath are available for rent. i live in a very nice subdivision and my house is only a few years old. i do have a dog, who will warm up to a new person within a day or 2. along with rent, i would require a month's rent for security deposit, 1/2 utilities and 1/2 water except in summer. you could use my kitchen and washer/dryer. i have never rented a room before now--i am clean and neat and expect someone who is also neat and clean.
