hi: i'm austin (21) econ major at ga state (jr.yr). looking for a place (room) to share with another student(s) and/or 20s-ish very close to ga state (w/i walking, biking distance or really close to marta - trying to avoid driving/parking every day). i clean up' after myself, but at the same time i'm not the "hands and knees with a toothbrush" type. basically, i put the lid down and am an overall nice guy. i like going to concerts, watching soccer, and planning the occasional camping trip. i don't have any pets (that i'm bringing with me) but love animals if any of you do have pets. i am trying to quit smoking (vape about 75% of time) but i only do so outside. other than that, i'm not looking for a "party house" at all (okay maybe a little bit of partying) but enjoy a good beer on a day off. basically looking for a place that i can study, live, work, with a low drama level that isn't too expensive (including utilities is preferred). i'd like to find a place right away and can move in now, or preferably before the 15th of august because classes start on the 18th. i will pay my rent on time, have a job and scholarships. so...i need a place asap for fall/spring semesters (but will go up to 12 mo lease). please give me a call, text or email if you think we can get along without killing each other.
