hi! i am a 32 yr old swf looking for either a roommate to rent a house with me or a room to rent in a house. i do have a dog, but he is super sweet and very laid back and chill. i'm looking to live inside the perimeter, preferably in east atlanta village, old fourth ward, little 5 points, virginia highlands, midtown, etc. i don't drink (it's ok if you do though), i smoke cigarettes (although only outside), but have zero tolerance for drugs of any kind. i'm very laid back, easy to get along with, friendly, and probably the funniest person you will ever meet.i'm open to living with both males and females. absolutely no drugs. my past roommates have been addicts, and have no tolerance for that. i don't care if you drink or smoke cigarettes outside though.
